Today a nice little step by step recipe that single people up and down the country will love. It is one of those easy but impressive recipes.
INGREDIENTS
- Fresh tortellini (I love spinach and ricotta fillings) – just get a little pack if it’s just for you
- German salami or whatever other type of salami you have in the fridge (maybe ham as well but it will not be as spicy – which is the whole point. Substitute with chorizo is you have it)
- Parmesan cheese (if you substitute go for a salty cheese)
- A bit of olive oil
- Pepper
Grab the tortellini and put water in the pan. Bring to boil.
Fresh tortellini only need about a minute. Check your timer – if you overcook them they are dreadful. Strain them.
Cut your salami in small pieces.
Fry with a bit of olive oil for seconds (don’t overdo it because the salami will go hard)
Take off the heat and just pour the tortellini in the pan. Mix well and add some freshly ground pepper.
Serve and add some Parmesan cheese on top.
Done!
